The more we understand ourselves, the more possibilities we can see.

Therapy can help you make sense of how you became who you are while creating new possibilities for how you relate to yourself, other people, and the life in front of you. Our experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and move through the world. In therapy, we can explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences beneath what brings you here, developing a deeper understanding of what has shaped you and how it continues to influence your life today.

Authentic connection creates the safety to look inward. Insight helps us understand. Together, they create the possibility for meaningful change.

01

Relational

Meaningful change happens not only through what we understand, but through what we experience in relationship.

The therapeutic relationship offers a space to feel genuinely seen and understood, explore difficult experiences, and notice familiar ways of relating as they emerge. Through a relationship grounded in trust, curiosity, and compassion, we can begin to experience ourselves and others in new ways.

03

Developmental

Who you are today has been shaped by the relationships and experiences that came before.

We consider your concerns within the context of your personal history and development. This may include early relationships, family roles, cultural experiences, identity, significant losses, and important transitions. We explore how these experiences shaped the ways you learned to cope, protect yourself, and relate to others. and how those adaptions may continue to influence you today.

The Foundations of Our Work

A therapy experience with depth, warmth, and direction.

02

Insight-Oriented

Understanding yourself more deeply can create new possibilities for how you live.

Rather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, we explore recurring patterns, emotions, inner conflicts, expectations, and beliefs. Together, we consider what may be. happening beneath the surface and how these patterns continue to shape your experience. Greater insight can create space for awareness and choice where things may have begun to feel automatic.

04

Integrative

Insight is most meaningful when it can support how you live in the present.

While depth and exploration are central to my work, I also incorporate approaches such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies when they are helpful to your needs and goals. These can provide practical ways to work with emotions, manage distress, and bring the understanding developed in therapy into your everyday life.

What This Can Look Like

Therapy isn't a formula, and our work will look different depending on what brings you here. Sometimes we may spend time understanding a recurring pattern or relationship. At other times, we may slow down and pay attention to an emotion that has been difficult to access, or work toward a practical change in your daily life. Together, we will move at a pace that allows for both exploration and movement forward. I will bring clinical perspective, curiosity, and compassion to our work while staying attentive to your experience and what you hope to understand or change.

A Different Way Forward

Therapy begins with meeting you where you are, including the pain, uncertainty, or difficulties that bring you here. As we make space for what you're experiencing, we can also begin to understand the experiences that have shaped you. Understanding yourself differently can open the possibility of living differently. Over time, there is room for greater flexibility, more authentic connection, and a way of living that feels more your own.
