About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who believes therapy can be a place to feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported in making sense of your experience. I work with adults seeking both relief from distress and a deeper understanding of themselves. My style is warm, collaborative, and engaged. I listen closely to what is being said, as well as to experiences that may have been difficult to put into words.
I received my doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program and completed clinical training across medical, university, VA, community and private-practice settings. These experiences have allowed me to work with people across different stages of life and with a wide range of concerns.
I understand people through a developmental lens. The ways you cope, relate, and protect yourself did not develop without reason. They often emerged in response to early relationships, family and cultural expectations, painful experiences, or periods when you had to manage more than you could fully process.
Therapy offers space to understand these adaptations with compassion and to consider how they may now contribute to anxiety, self-doubt, disconnection, or recurring patterns. What once helped you cope can become part of how you understand yourself and relate to others. Together, we can explore where these patterns came from and consider new possibilities for how you want to move forward.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can develop greater clarity about yourself, feel more connected to what matters to you, and move through life with greater choice and intention.

How I Work
My approach is rooted in relational psychodynamic therapy, with the therapeutic relationship as an integral part of the work. I believe that meaningful change happens through both connection and insight. Our work is collaborative and nonjudgemental. I will meet you with curiosity and compassion as we explore your experiences and make sense of patterns, feelings, and relationships that shape your life. Together, we can move at a pace that allows for both exploration and movement forward.
Over time, this process can support a deeper understanding of yourself and create space for change that feels grounded, authentic, and lasting.
Who I Work With
I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, identity, and the transitions that shape our lives. This may include fertility and reproductive experiences, parenthood, aging, evolving roles, and responsibilities, questions of identity, or the impact of difficult past experiences. You may also be at a point of transition, reflection, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and what you want next.
What I Hope You Find Here
I hope therapy becomes a place where you can bring more of yourself, not just the parts that feel acceptable to others or easy to explain.
Over time, I hope you develop greater compassion for the ways you have learned to navigate your experiences, while discovering more freedom in how you relate to yourself, others, and what matters to you.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can begin with curiosity - exploring what you hope to understand or change.
